1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "user," "applicant," or "caseworker"), and MPower Group LLC DBA Rayfield of Light ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website or submitting an intake form, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Website and Services

Our website provides information and intake portals for veteran shared-housing placements. The submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee housing, placement, or bed availability. All placements are subject to review, background verification, and formal agreement to our Community Standards.

3. SMS Messaging & Communications

By submitting your contact information through our web forms, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including emails, phone calls, and SMS text messages regarding your application, referral, or placement inquiry.

• Program Description: Rayfield of Light sends transactional text messages to applicants and caseworkers, including referral and application updates, document and signature requests, reminders, tour confirmations, and approval notices. We do not send marketing text messages.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the status of your application or referral.
• Opt-Out Right: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us using the details below.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
• Privacy: Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Housing Agreements & Community Standards

Any resident approved for housing through MPower Group LLC DBA Rayfield of Light will be required to sign a separate, legally binding Shared Housing Room Rental Agreement and strictly adhere to our zero-tolerance Community Standards. This website serves solely as an informational and intake platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the submission of information through our web forms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
