Raised as a military dependent, Natasha's early life was defined by global travel and service, with her father's assignments taking her from installations in Germany to Fort Moore (formerly Benning) and Fort Campbell.
This deep-rooted connection to the Armed Forces continued into adulthood. Spending a decade as a military spouse—with seven of those years navigating the intense, high-tempo realities of combat deployments—Natasha understands the sacrifices and operational challenges of military life firsthand. Her unwavering dedication to the community culminated in her tenure as the Family Readiness Group (FRG) Leader for the 101st Infantry Regiment at Fort Campbell. For her outstanding leadership and support of soldiers and their families during critical deployment cycles, she was officially recognized and awarded by military command.
Over the years, Natasha's professional and community work has spanned multiple strategic installations across all branches of service. She has worked alongside service members at Fort Cavazos (Killeen), Fort Sill (Lawton), Keesler Air Force Base, and the Naval Construction Battalion Center (Seabees) in Gulfport. This extensive, lifelong immersion provides her with an intimate, operational knowledge of military culture, base access protocols, and specific infrastructure needs—from Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (Barracks) to Campbell Army Housing (CAH).
Beyond corporate contracting, Natasha's commitment to service members is the driving force behind her philanthropic work. She is the proud founder of Rayfield of Light, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential, safe housing solutions and support for homeless veterans.
By combining her intrinsic understanding of military operations with institutional-grade construction management, Natasha ensures that Rayfield of Light executes with integrity and uncompromising quality, and a profound respect for the military community.
